At Uma Cantik Home, we have a simple and straightforward objective: allow you to transform your home into a place where you feel warm, welcome, and happy.
Our mission is to bring happiness to your home with our unique collection of handmade, ethically sourced home decor, dried flowers and candles and candle holders.
Our story started in 2019, when founders Marta Vieira and Bram Vingerling brought a first collection of handmade home décor from Indonesia to Portugal, two places we love and care for.
We were lucky enough to live in Timor-Leste and Indonesia for a while and as such, we got to know the most skilled and original makers in remote places.
Soon, we realized that we weren’t the only ones who had fallen in love with the rattan lampshades, bohemian wall decor, wooden statues full of character and handwoven baskets. A dream became reality and Uma Cantik Home Decor was born.
We are proud and happy that we have been able to help so many people, in Portugal and abroad, to add a touch of style, beauty and happiness to their decor.
Happiness is in the smallest details, and those details define the character of Uma Cantik.
