For payments of purchases in the Uma Cantik showroom, payments through credit card, bank card (debit card), MBWay and cash are accepted.
The delivery time really depends on the destination and the selected shipping method. For express delivery, we aim to deliver your purchase within 1 to 3 days after we received your payment.
For standard delivery, we aim to deliver your purchase within the following timeframe:
- Portugal: 1-3 working days
- Spain: 2-5 working days
- UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia: 4-6 working days
- Rest of European Union: 5-10 working days
Do I have to be home the whole day for delivery?

As it is not possible to choose the time for delivery, we recommend to make sure that you are home the whole day on the day of delivery. As an alternative, we recommend to choose a delivery location with a reception or regular opening hours. Examples are your office place, a shop nearby or a parcel shop.

Of course you can! Within 30 days after purchase, simply send us back the product in perfect, unused condition and in original packaging and we will immediately proceed with reimbursing you the full amount you paid.

Natuurlijke en duurzame materialen
Op een heel eenvoudige manier: de meeste producten uit onze collectie zijn gemaakt van natuurlijke materialen, zoals riet, bamboe, teak hout of zeewier.

Bovendien zijn alle items gemaakt van hout of met schelpen gecertificeerd door de overheid van Indonesië, en met de garantie dat ze afkomstig zijn uit duurzame bronnen.
