Shipping
Orders received by Uma Cantik are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase through (inter)national courier.
Uma Cantik uses the following rates to ship your purchase:
Portugal (Continental):
Standard shipping (2-3 working days): €3,95
*Free standard shipping on all orders > €100,00 (excluding furniture) and only in Continental Portugal
Portugal (Islands):
Standard shipping (3-11 working days): from €12,50
Spain:
Standard shipping (2-5 working days): €5,00
Free standard shipping on all orders > €100,00 (excluding furniture)
France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Croatia:
Standard shipping (4-7 working days): From €7,50 (dependent on item)
United Kingdom:
Uma Cantik has currently suspended website sales to the UK starting 1 January 2021 until further notice.
Furniture is subject to different shipping conditions than other items. Please contact us directly for more information.
All orders received by Uma Cantik are shipped subject to availability in stock. Uma Cantik reserves the right to ship products at a later date if the product ordered is not in stock at the time of the purchase. In case of such situation you will be contacted through e-mail and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product.
Handling
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been processed.
Orders are dispatched during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made during weekends and on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Uma Cantik currently ships to the European Union. Uma Cantik does not currently offer standard shipping to destinations outside the European Union. For destinations outside the European Union, please contact us directly for more information.
The average delivery times are the following (please consider extra time for customs check):
- Portugal (Continental): 2-3 working days
- Portugal (Islands): 3-11 working days
- Spain: 2-5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 4-7 working days
- Rest of world: please contact us for a shipping quotation
We are based in Lisbon, Portugal (European Union). Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Uma Cantik is not responsible for any custom duties, import charges, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced by the destination country for delivery. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
No custom charges are applied to orders within the European Union.
Goods are delivered between Monday to Friday so please ensure that a person is present to receive the package. If this is not possible, we strongly recommend you to choose an alternative delivery address. If, by any chance, the customer chooses to refuse shipment you will be responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes that are incurred on the order and the cost of returning the package back.

Natural and sustainable materials
De uma forma muito simples: a maioria dos produtos da nossa coleção são feitos com materiais naturais, como por exemplo, o rattan, o bambu, a madeira teca ou ervas marinhas.
Além da ausência de impacto na natureza com a sua recolha, estes produtos são conhecidos pela sua resistência e versatilidade, bem como pela capacidade natural de reposição. É certo que alguns produtos contêm sintéticos, porém são provenientes de materiais reciclados.
Além disso, todos os itens feitos de madeira ou com conchas são certificados pelo governo da Indonésia, e com a garantia de que são provenientes de fontes sustentáveis.
